WhatsApp-driven booking and indemnity consent for a Johannesburg clinic. Auto-confirms appointments, manages reminders, signs digital consent, syncs Google Sheets. Built in n8n with custom AI persona. Handles full intake flow without admin intervention.
Telegram bot that generates six core dealership documents in one shot: congratulations letter, indemnity, EFT requisition, cheque settlement, order requisition, credit note. FastAPI microservice in Docker. Removes manual paperwork from the F&I process entirely.
Always-on AI voice agent handling inbound calls. Routes service bookings, complaints, and sales enquiries to dedicated sub-agents. Live on Twilio Voice with ElevenLabs voice cloning. Built end-to-end in n8n.
